Kennedy has a post graduate diploma in Management and over 27 years of Automotive experience in U.A.E and India. During these 27 years Kennedy has over 10 years’ experience in senior management roles in the automotive industry in the U.A.E which includes new and pre-owned car sales.
Kennedy was responsible for cost reduction solutions, setting up of standard operating procedures/processes, defining key performance indicators for new/pre-owned cars and formulating key pay plans.
Kennedy has been instrumental in setting up pre-owned car business in the U.A.E to some of the top brands in the automotive industry.
Kennedy has expertise in strategic planning, retail, wholesale, business development, P&L management, recruitment and training/development.
Kennedy is SAP and Fast Track (CRM system) super user.

Kennedy has a post graduate diploma in management studies from the Institute of Management Studies from the University of Goa, India. Has a Bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Bombay, India.
